At the same time, mobile Microsoft OneNote can be called a kind of beta version, moreover free and open, which means it is intended for a wide range of users.

There is no corporate chat option here, except for synchronization with OneDrive, which, as you know, has a business version. That being said, don't forget about Office 365, which is a separate product.

Our main goal was a daily planner, which would allow us to quickly keep records, plan things and, if possible, set tasks for other users. In this respect, Microsoft OneNote is suitable for both standalone and corporate use, which is its beauty.

The program is easy to understand, it is not overloaded with plugins, but this makes it no less gluttonous. Moreover, the integration of Microsoft into our life is so deep that we, sometimes without hesitation, opt for the products of this company.

And, indeed, there is nothing to complain about, although there are other programs that can make some competition.

And that program is Evernote. Yes, most often it is used to collect chaotic information from the network, for which the developers are partly to blame. Having once created a plug-in for a PC-browser, which allowed making quick entries on the Web, they doomed their brainchild to the nickname "garbage bin".

Objectively, however, Evernote can truly be a great workspace for a small company if handled properly.

And if Microsoft OneNote can suit people who are serious and consistent, then Evernote is downright made for creativity. Unusual possibilities for quick writing, the ability to quickly share your "sketches" of thoughts, and the very design of the application - everything speaks about it.

Therefore, it is difficult to name a leader in the confrontation between these two applications, because they, of course, can complement each other. The ideal solution would be “Microsoft OneNote + Evernote = Interactive Workplace”.

Cal: Any.do is an example of how not to do it, although there are those who will appreciate it. This program will especially delight lovers of a beautiful interface, but this organizer is still more designed for an English-speaking user.

The app itself evokes ambiguous feelings. On the one hand, there is a lot that Any.do can be praised for, on the other hand, it can be scolded. If we think objectively, then we have an unfinished analogue of Evernote. At the same time, the functionality seems to be similar, but why it was necessary to divide the organizer into two parts remains a mystery.

So what if the program supports Google Glass? How many of these geeks do we have? Moreover, the translation is only partial, and the design themes are offered only as an option.

In general, if the developers did not bring everything to mind and did not (yet) make the application free, then at least they did not compete in price with the grated roll - Evernote.

TimeMaster is a decent (and cheaper) replacement not only for Evernote, but also for other paid organizers. As for the free ones, only OneNote is ahead, however, it cannot offer similar functionality. The system calendar need not be mentioned.

The only thing that does not allow TimeMaster to be called a leader is the isolation of the application, that is, if you want to use it for business, you will have to "hook" not only colleagues, but also partners on it.

Although everything is thought out in this application, and it can really serve as a good help for organizing the workflow in a small company. It would be nice to add the corporate mail capability, but this can be done by setting up additional mails.

In general, no bugs, everything works and is easily customizable, and in addition the program has a pretty nice interface.
