Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2016 N 40 "On approval of the total volume of admission targets for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs higher education at the expense of budget allocations of the federal budget for 2017/18 academic year"

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for establishing organizations that carry out educational activities, admission targets by professions, specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget, approved by a government decree Russian Federation dated March 27, 2015 N 285, and on the basis of the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (minutes of the meeting dated December 23, 2015 N PK-5vn) I order:

1. Approve the attached target enrollment figures for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for study in educational programs of higher education at the expense of the budgetary allocations of the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year.

2. Department public policy in the field of higher education (Sobolev A.B.) to ensure the holding of a competition in the prescribed manner for the distribution of admission targets for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year in accordance with the total volumes of admission control figures in accordance with this order.

3. To impose control over the execution of this order on the Deputy Minister Klimov A.A.

A competition will be held to distribute admission control digits.

a list of areas of training for higher education - training of highly qualified personnel under the programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (Appendix No. 4);

a list of areas for the preparation of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel in postgraduate programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel (Appendix No. 5);

list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel for residency programs (Appendix No. 6);

list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel for assistantship-internship programs (Appendix No. 7).

The lists of areas of training of higher education have been fixed: bachelor's, master's, training of highly qualified personnel for training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate and postgraduate studies.

Lists of specialties of higher education have been approved: specialty, training of highly qualified personnel for residency and assistantship-internship programs.

The lists approved in 2009 by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia can be applied until the completion of the training of persons previously accepted for the areas of training (specialty) indicated in them.

These are lists of areas of training (specialties) of higher vocational education, confirmed by the qualification (degree) "specialist", as well as "bachelor" and "master" being awarded to a person.

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for establishing admission targets for organizations engaged in educational activities by professions, specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education at the expense of budgetary appropriations of the federal budget approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 27, 2015 N 285, and on the basis of the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (minutes of the meeting of the board of December 22, 2016 N PK-4vn) I order:

1. Approve the total volume of target admission figures for professions, specialties and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education at the expense of the budget allocations of the federal budget for the 2018/19 academic year (hereinafter referred to as the total volume of admission targets) according to applications No. 1- 2 to this order.

2. The Department of State Policy in the field of training of workers and further vocational education (Chernoskutova I.A.) to ensure that, in accordance with the established procedure, a competition is held for the distribution of admission targets by professions and specialties to organizations engaged in educational activities for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education at the expense of budget allocations of the federal budget for the 2018/19 academic year in accordance with the total volume of admission targets approved by this order.

3. To impose control over the execution of this order on the Deputy Minister Ogorodova L.M.
